Why is my newly delivered mattress firmer than the mattress I tried in the showroom?

The mattresses on display had used by many people, so they represent what your mattress will feel like after the initial settling in period. Remember your new mattress comes direct from our factory and has never been laid on. Allow 2 to 4 weeks of usage before they will attain a similar feel to the mattresses we have on display.
